At Shahi Dewan, he brings over 17 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, with a strong specialization in defining and developing restaurant concepts and cuisines.
With previous experience in Afghan cuisine, he has brought a fresh culinary direction to Shahi Dewan by thoughtfully combining Afghan and Turkish influences to create a distinctive dining experience.His philosophy "Distinctive cuisine, Exceptional taste, and uncompromising quality".
